Our other site wasn't working out as well as I'd hoped. Almost everyone had trouble seeing the pictures, etc... So, we'll try this. Hopefully it works out better for everyone! I'll try to post updates and pictures regularly.
We are all doing good! Alyssa and Makaela started school yesterday. They both said that it was the best first day ever! I think they are going to have a great year! Here are a few pictures...
Alyssa recognized a couple people from her preschool class and made a few new friends. Makaela made new friends as well. Alyssa was super excited to get to buy her lunch from the cafeteria!
And, we found out yesterday afternoon that Sydney will be going to Pre-K! They had an opening at another elementary school close to us (not the same one Alyssa and Makaela are going to). She will start the week of September 2. Her teacher will call and schedule a home visit and we'll get more information (including exactly when she will start) then! She is SO excited! She will be able to get her speech therapy while she is at school as well.
Lilly and Ella are both doing great as well! Lilly is excited about her birthday! She has decided she wants a monkey party with a monkey cake...but not Curious George... If you ask her what she wants for her birthday she says earrings, a real unicorn (I told her I didn't know where to find one of those and she said "at wal-mart!"), and a pink google. Ella is walking (fast!) all over the place now. She can climb and she's into everything! She is teething now (she's getting both of her top molars) and she's had a fever and been clingy for the past couple days. I can't wait until she has all her teeth and these teething days are behind us!
